Nato a Treviso nel marzo del 1969, Max, all'età di sei anni inizia a studiare pianoforte frequentando lezioni private, entrando poi nel 1980 al conservatorio "B. Marcello" di Venezia. Da sempre appassionato di informatica e tecnologia in generale, ben presto preferisce lo studio del sintetizzatore agli esercizi classici arrivando inevitabilmente ad abbandonare, dopo qualche anno, l'attività accademica per dedicarsi completamente alla musica elettronica...
Passa diversi anni a sperimentare con qualsiasi cosa suonasse e avesse una spina, incontrando nel 1985 Joachim Thomas con il quale condivide le stesse passioni e collabora successivamente in progetti sperimentali tanto entusiasmanti quanto pioneristici.
Nel 1990, dopo anni di Commodore 64 e Amiga, si avvicina per lavoro al Macintosh del quale intuisce subito le potenzialità musicali e, includendolo nel proprio studio personale, inizia a studiarne le applicazioni.
Nel 1992 auto-produce il suo primo lavoro "Book of Saturn" al quale ne seguiranno molti altri (inediti) fino ad "Airland - Studie I" che incontra l'interesse ed il supporto dell'etichetta RES.
Dal 1996 al 1998 diventa membro fondatore del gruppo "Ars Electronica", un progetto ispirato ad una musica elettronica stile Tangerine Dream e dal quale usciranno tre CD (tuttora inediti)
Dal 2005 molti dei suoi lavori sono reperibili in rete. Si attiva per essere presente con una selezione della propria discografia su LastFM e Jamendo, aderendo ai CreativeCommons Rights con i lavori "Nachtmusik", "n-europa", "Berlin" e un piccolo sampler intitolato "Elektronische Musik".
Si ispira alla musica elettronica di stampo germanico, influenzato da artisti come Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Kraftwerk, Peter Baumann anche se nella sua musica si possono riscontrare citazioni a Vangelis, Jean-Michel Jarre, Eddie Jobson, Tomita e Ryuichi Sakamoto.

Born in Treviso, (Italy) on March ‘69. When he was six, he began piano studies attending private lessons and in 1980 entered into the conservatory “B. Marcello” of Venice.
His passion for computer science and technology in general very soon led to the study of the synthesiser and of the classics. He eventually abandoned the academic activity after a year in order to dedicate himself completely to electronic music production.
For many years he experimented with a diverse range of styles and produced “It had an electric plug” in 1985 with Joachim Thomas who also shares the same passions, they now collaborate and subsequently have plans to experiment further with pioneering enthusiasm.
In 1990, after many years using Commodore64 and Amiga in his professional work, he started to work with Apple Mac’s and enjoyed the advanced stability and power it enabled. He then started using the Apple Macintosh platform for creating music as well.
In 1992 he produced his first work “Book of Saturn” and many other relatively unknown works have followed until “Airland - Studie I” gained the interest and support of the label RES.
He also founded the “Ars Electronica” group in 1996 and was a member until 1998 - a music project created to persue an inspiration to make electronic music similar to Tangerine Dream - the group has produced three CD’s which have yet to be released.
