Stamattina mi sono alzato e mi sono accorto di essere indie. Davvero non me ne capacito. Ieri sera ero lì, ad ascoltare i Beatles e i Rolling Stones, e avevo mille donne se cantavo Help o Ticket to ride, eccetera eccetera, e adesso sono indie. Mio Dio, dev’essere stato qualcosa nella torta pasqualina. Oppure no, ho preso il virus da piccolo. Tipo quando guardavo Bergman e fuori orario alle tre del mattino, e mi ero infatuato di Bibi Andersson. In realtà ero già infetto, quelli erano i sintomi. E ho il mio bel da fare a cercare di nasconderlo sotto il mio maglioncino a “v” e la camicia button down, non ce la farò mai. Uffa.

Tips and tricks for the bad Violin player*
When I play the violin in my songs, I usually record the same part** at least 15 times. Then I proceed that way: - remove all the takes that sound like truck brakes squeeling; - remove all the takes that sound like a cat screaming;
- remove all the otherwise bad takes.
Is there any take remaining? If so, then apply auto-tune to that take*** and rejoice. If not, start again from the beginning.

Dunque, il titolo in inglese perché mi serve una presentazione inglese e non ne ho. Così, preso atto del fatto che su di me so cosa scrivere, ho deciso di non scrivere, appunto, nulla, e ne ho mutuata una (di presentazione) da un vecchio post in italiano.
